My name is Anali (pronounced Anna Lee) which is actually my moms name backwards (Ilana). I'm 22 years old and I live in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. I work at the most amazing tattoo shop I've ever had the honor of being a part of: Never Say Die Tattoo.

I started an apprenticeship when I turned 18. Since then I have lived and tattooed in New York, Connecticut, California, and now Pennsylvania. I have had the rare pleasure of working alongside artists who have taught me so many things to help me grow and progress.

Without them I wouldn't be where I am. Tattooing has taught me so much and I am still learning so much everyday. But I can say that as of right now I do love to do photo realism tattoos as well as stippling or any complex line tattoos such as lace, henna, geometric and mandala styles.

Because I have such a love for both styles I have started to combine them. The contrast between realism's soft and tangible appeal, alongside a bold design is something very powerful.. I believe that getting a tattoo should be an experience and not a transaction.

I like to get to know my clients a bit. Try and fit their tattoo; not only to flow with and compliment their body shape, but to fit their personalities. I think it's important for your tattoos to showcase who you are.

I am always looking for a new, challenging, exciting tattoo to work on so if you are interested in working with me please contact me by filling out an application form on the cover page :) " Tattoos are a right of passage. They are a marker of bravery, of maturity, of cultural acceptance. The tattoo represents not only a willingness to accept pain - to endure it- but a need to actively embrace it.
